I haven’t recieved my item ?
Since we provide tracking code for your item we can have an idea as to when it will reach its destination. If after the time we told the customer you still haven’t recieve the package we issue a refund to the customer.
My package came arrived damaged?
We issue a refund to the customer once the package arrived damaged. We request for photos of how the item arrived. We ask the customer if they want a refund or we can send them a replacement product.
